Verve Cliquot, diamonds and great taste unite at Julie and Barry’s Inchydoney Lodge and Spa wedding in West Cork.

Wondering where to start with planning your picture-perfect wedding day? Check out these helpful hints.

When only the best of the best will do, stop at nothing. After all, it’s your big day. This exactly captures Julie and Barry’s wedding ceremony when they married at Darrara church and celebrated their reception at the luxury Inchydoney Lodge and Spa in West Cork, just outside Clonakilty.

Bringing everything together takes effort, no doubt, but it pays off on the day and in your wedding photographs. Julie and Barry researched the perfect team to make up their incredible crew. The local West Cork-based professionals made sure the day ran as smoothly as possible and that everything – from bride to bouquet to wedding reception – looked seriously good. There’s a lot to be said for going local. Not sure where to start? Ask your wedding venue for their recommended suppliers or check out the links I’ve included below.

Now, your photographs are going to be poured over time and again. I say, be sure to look your most spectacular with a little planning. Julie and Barry evidently took this advice. Check out the coordinated pyjamas worn by Jule and her bridesmaids as they pop the Champagne. Treat your bridesmaids to matching pre-wedding attire. It’s good for the photographs and just about the most comfortable way to spend your morning, safe in the knowledge you, that everyone looks gorgeous.
